everytime i make a movie on sims 3 website, it wont let me view it, i keep saving . how can i view the movies i made

I’m recreating this now. I published two movies under the username (erickkim). I published one public and one private. You should be able to discover the public movie, but I’m looking for the private one….interesting..however..it failed and yet it continued as if it published.
I can see that others are using it and publishing stories and movies.
I emailed the customer support and asked why this is so.
“When I publish a movie on my site, the webpage goes back to mypage and I cannot preview the movie. Is this a browser issue or is there something else that I need to install to view movies I make?”
