well i have windows movie maker but all my videos are not supported by it therefore i cant use my videos…how come this is happening?? i even tried the ” a cinderella story” movie it didnt work either…what should i do so that it can play all the videos i have??

If everything was running fine with Movie Maker 2, and something happened recently which gives you problems, why not just do a system restore and go back in time to when it was working well? Using the Windows XP® system restore feature is as easy as picking an earlier day from the calendar. It’s a great feature (I use it a few times a week).
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Use the Windows XP ‘Event Viewer’ to help assess problems… Start > right-click on My Computer > Manage > System Tools > Event Viewer > Application. Scroll through the log and check anything with a red Error icon. Double click on the line item to read about what happened.
