my friend has just finished writing a script and printed it out.He doesn’t know what to do next like how to prepare it to sell it. Do you need to get a special binding or can you get it done somewhere? What materials do you need?

You need to either punch holes in the paper as if you were putting it into a three ring binder and use brass fastners instead of a three ring binder. You can find the materials at any Office Max.
