I’ve been using window live movie maker for a few months now and have been loving it but Intel now I haven’t tryed to make any HD videos but now that i’m trying to use HD my movie maker keeps lagging making it imposable to make videos does that have to do with the HD or something else? Is it fixable?

Your computer/laptop probably has reduced in speed over the months. That is why it keeps on lagging since making HD videos require alot of CPU speed.
You could try disabling the programs that start up.
And the answer to your question ‘Yes you can create HD videos on Windows Movie Maker.’ I think the highest can go upto 1080p
