I guess it was made in the 40s or so … they make the people so out of it that some don’t even know they DIDN’T kill somebody. Real propaganda …

You all said something a little different from each other, but you are also all correct … (IMdB says 1936 —TV Listing says 1938 (that IS the one the Independent Film Channel put on the other night).
