Whenever I see pictures in TIME magazine, of the starving children around the world, or hear a song about a child being abused, or watch a movie about anyone having serious troubles in their life, I feel guilty because I don’t do anything to help them. I always say that I want to help people but I just don’t know where to start. So enough with the excuses! Where can I go to get involved with making a difference? What can I do to make this world a better place, even if it gets better for just one person?

take a year out in tanzania, theyre perfectly happpy to let you go and help in the poor schools, or if you dont have the money, do a charity run for a local struggling charity.
