i am working on one for my book, and i want to know how to make one with professional animation like in the movies, and any other tips u can give. oh and a site where i can find and download music (like creepy music) for free
any software thats free so i can download it on my computer

Professional animation is not done in PowerPoint. At the very lowest level, it might be done in Flash or AfterEffects (http://www.adobe.com/flash ; http://www.adobe.com/aftereffects )
Try http://www.mp3.com/ for some free downloads. Generally if you want good music though, you’ll have to pay. There’s plenty of firms that have thousands of hours of stock effects and music that can be licensed for as little as $ 100/minute.
Edit: you can download free 30-day demos of Flash and (I think) of AfterEffects. But no, there is no professional animation software that you can download for free. It’s a niche market that can afford to spend alot of money on tools, so the tools are expensive.
