windows movie maker is a piece of worthless shit and keeps quitting, what are some other programs i can edit my videos and clips with?

The nicest one on the market i think is Sony Vegas Pro. Its at least 700 dollars but if you go to youtube theres videos to get it free and now i own it! go get it please!
