Im interested in making a movie maybe getting into the movie making busness but dont have alot of cash how can i get started?I would like to start out making a horror film and then branching out into other genres

1st: Hire cheap actors (mainly friends; family)
2nd: Do most of the stuff yourself (Act; direct; edit ect.)
3rd: See how many props/equipment you can borrorow
4th: Try to use public domain places to shoot or ask around and bargain.
