SimCity 4 Custom Region Tutorial

SimCity 4 Custom Region Tutorial : This video shows how to make custom size regions in SimCity 4. In C:\Users\Computer\Documents\SimCity 4\Regions, add a folder, naming it the new region name. In the folder, create a Bitmap image naming it “config”, and set its width and height in the attributes tab to the size of the new region (measured in terms of small cities). Then, coloring the pixels, 4×4 pure blue pixels form large cities, 2×2 pure green pixels form medium cities, and each pure red pixel forms a city.Having saved the Bitmap, load SimCity 4 and in the load city tab, the custom region should be found. If it isn’t there, the Bitmap wasn’t done correctly.
