I had submitted this idea for copyright so i was hoping to get a second opinion so i can edit or cancel it if it already has been used…

One random day a small neighborhood loses all use of technology (cars wont start, lights wont go on, radios wont work). People just ignore it until strange things begin happening and makes people start believing crazy things are the cause(aliens, armageddon, etc.) ultimately leading up to the ability to survive

I basically wanted to make a movie script that shows society cant function on its own without modern technology and electronics and how it slowly falls apart. I know the summary wasnt greatly detailed. If you can answer the questions below, you get an easy 10 pts.

1. Is there any movie similar to this? If so, which?

2. Any ideas on how to end it? (I thought about just a random storm or something like from War of the Worlds that makes electricity and stuff ineffective, im also aiming for a twist)

3. Any overall suggestions?
