Movie making questions?

1) Besides the use of computers, how do they make the blood splurt when someone gets shot or when there heads get chopped off?
2) Are the sex scenes in some movies real? Like movies with the blankets off and scenes in a bath tub, like there is one movie with Krista Allen when she has sex with someone in a bath tub, (i dont know the name, what is it anyway) and some movies with Angelina Jolie and that chinese movie Lust, Caution? Those scenes look too real to look fake. And do the actors get to decide if they want to do it or if the just act it out?
3) How come when like in a horror movie they show someone in a looking in a mirror and u dont see the camera recording them?
4) When they make a movie, do they do it in a sequence from begining to end?
5) Do famous actors try out for parts or do the directors call them?

Many blood spurts are created with a squib and a condom

A condom is filled with stage blood and the person is wired up.

an electric signal sets off the squid which tears the clothing and burst the comdon, creating the blood flow.

and the condom flattes out, so there are so clues about it
