Q&A: Cant find a good video software??

I have been using windows movie maker for a long time. The movies and videos I make are to Lon for the program to Handle plus I get bad quality. I saw adobe premiere elements 8. Is this a good software that is as easy as movie maker but has more effects and better quality.

Yes,and the better the software the more it cost.So just find a software that you can pay for and use that.I mean its your choice.Hope this helped.
