I know that if you download porn it is illegal, (it’s technically a “creative” work) but I’ve never heard anyone get sued for downloading porn (it would be pretty embarrassing) maybe downloading in Brit or uploading in South Korea, but in the US never heard of anyone getting sued for it unless you watch pedophile porn then you would be send to jail. And if the porn industry were to track down on people downloading porn wouldn’t it be a waste of money? I don’t think they make more then movie industry, so it would be like them losing money instead of them gaining money. If they were going to track down wouldn’t they have already shut down sites like Spankwire, Redtube, Pornhub, Keezmovies, Tube8, and Xvideos? Or forums like Planetsuzy and Link IndeXXX? And I think its a quite near the impossible task to actually stop people from downloading porn. If you take down one forum, maybe 2 more would spawn. So I don’t know, I download porn from Planetsuzy, and sometimes I get this weird feeling I’m going to get sued. What do you guys think?
