I dont remember all the details of the movie but here it goes:
(i think) the setting is a Summer Camp.
Early in the movie someone says that if you make a goody/ugly face and get hit on the back then your face will stay frozen like that. Towards the end of the movie there are some kids making goofy faces to another kid and gets hit on the back and their face frozen in the goofy state. I remember a littler blond girl I just dont remember if she was the one that hit them or if she was the one that got hit.
