I assume you mean a .wmv? 🙂

Any .jpgs, .gifs, .pngs, .avis, .wmvs, or .mpgs will do, as well as a number of other common graphic and/or video file formats.

You can get them from pictures you scan or download off the Internet or videos you download from a webcam or the Internet or rip from a DVD.

With sound files (music) it is much the same way. You can digitally record sound with a microphone attached to your computer or download music (generally) .mp3s from the Internet.
