Here’s how to make cornbread in a cast iron skillet. Use this to make cornbread stuffing or just to stuff your face! INGREDIENTS 1 c corn meal 1 c whole wheat flour (or white flour) 2 t baking powder 1 t baking soda 1 egg 1/2 c yogurt + 1/2 c milk (OR 1 c buttermilk) 1/4 c molasses, honey, or maple syrup 2 T butter HOW TO MAKE IT Preheat oven to 425F. Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix together wet ingredients in another bowl or large measuring cup. Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet (or square cake pan).
