is there a program i can download so i can make movies ? i want it to allow me to record music and use it on my video. i cant use itunes so i can get the file to place on my video. thank you so much !
i tried pinnacle and windows movie maker … it doesnt work for me 🙁

HI.
No video making program will allow itunes native music formats to be used..
If you have stereo mix then “any” sound you hear from your computer speakers may be recorded and used in your movie productions ie play a song with itunes and record it at the same time.
You can use movie maker to do this with the narration function but you need to enable stereo mix and set as default..
Windows sound recorder can record from stereo mix when set as default
Windows start key >All programs >Accessories>Sound recorder.
Audacity is a free High quality sound recorder that can record from stereo mix..

Stereo mix as default…
Right click volume speaker icon (Bottom right )
Select recording devices.
Right click in window that opens and tick “Show disabled devices”.
Enable stereo mix and as default.
You can also adjust itunes preference settings so music is stored in another format ( Mp3 ) when you rip from Audio CD..
Run itunes > Edit > Preferences >General > import settings.
You could also burn an “Audio” CD then RIP back to computer in a different format with itunes or windows media player.
If your music is stored in M4a ( Not M4P ) you can convert it..
