I downloaded a movie online using bittorrent.It is in mp4 format.Now,i want to burn it onto a dvd in dvd format with a menu and subtitles.i want to know what is the best software i can use for this purpose and whether it is freeware or should i buy it.

Try using ‘Windowns Movie Maker’
I used it at school for an assignment and you can make subtitles and such.
