Episode 25 – 17-02-2006

Sarla along with Pushkar’s brother Mahesh and sister-in-law Seema have a great time pulling his leg about Piya and Sarla invites Piya for the ‘Satyanarayan Pooja’ that evening wearing the bangles she had given her yesterday. But Piya has already given those Khandani Kangans to a jeweler for a complete make-over as she felt they were too old fashioned! Bani is touched as she goes to Jai’s cabin to pay the rent and he first refuses to accept it and then keeps it aside as her savings for he doesn’t believe in charging rent from family members! And as Bani walks back to her cabin, she makes up her mind against yielding to Ranveer’s demands. Bani saves Piya from Sarla’s sharp eyes by getting the bangles back from their workshop and giving them to Pushkar who slips them on her wrists claiming it was Piya’s wish! But Ranveer keeps calling Bani on her cell repeatedly making her decision all the more firm. But when he threatens to show the CD to Jai, Pushkar’s family and make it available on the Internet, she has no hesitation in striking him on his skull with an iron vase hurting him badly! Jigyasa retaliates by slapping Bani besides threatening her with dire consequences. She phones the police asking them to place Bani under arrest. Ranveer wakes up and accuses Bani of defrauding Jai of many lakhs by producing the file he had forced her to sign but as Bani can’t name the culprit, Jai asks Inspector Sawant to arrest her!
