Question by SithStrife: If I install Windows XP SP3, will it change/ install Movie Maker again, or make any changes to it?
My movie maker right now is 2.0 and it has this problem, and i have windows xp sp2. So if i install xp sp3, will it correct the problem or will it make a change on movie maker?

It may. Microsoft seems to group all of their OS fixes into one service pack lately.
