I’m just wondering whats a FREE way to increase the size of pictures while increasing the resolution too, for something like windows movie maker. What i mean is when you increase the size of pictures they get fuzzy, and you can’t read lettering. So how do you increase it a lot without making it fuzzy? Is there any free software programs to do it, or a manual way of doing it?
