I was always wondering how to do this trick. What program do you use to do this? The King with the Wii in his hands.

It’s a animated superimposed shot. Meaning one video portion was pasted/combined into the other. Animation. Not hard to do, you can do it on any movie maker program, if you know how to edit frames using photoshop and movie maker- it looked very amateur.
