Question by Mandaline: Are there any iMovie plug-ins I can download on my mac?
I really enjoy using iMovie to make home videos, but some more effects would be nice! Are there any effects plug-ins for free or are there any other programs i can purchase with lots of effects and stuff?

I don’t much about video editing software, i just tried iMovie out for the first time and was amazed at how great my movie turned out and how simple it was!

If you are referring to iMovie08 – no

Most of the iMovie plug ins are designed for iMovie06 which I have and earlier versions. The link pierre posted is for iMovie 2.1 only not iMovie08

Why? – Apple designed it to be as simple as possible. If you want fancy stuff get Final Cut Express
