Lengthy, theatrical trailer for the exceptional screen docu-drama, BEGINNING OR THE END (1947), starring Brian Donlevy, Robert Walker, Audrey Totter and Tom Drake, A relatively faithful (with minor liberties for box-office appeal) factual re-telling of the development and use of the atomic bomb in World War II, the film received a mixed reaction from audiences, still weary from nearly four years of World War II and now on the verge of the Cold War.
