Best Video editing program for Mac?

Question by baller awesome dude: Best Video editing program for Mac?
I need a video editing software for mac. I am going to be making a documentary and I need something better than iMovie, I want to be able to put in subtitles, have over 2 audio tracks, import hd from my camera, import audio tracks, video stabilizer feature(nice but not absolutely necessary), be able to zoom in/zoom out(again nice to have but not required), be able to draw on top of the movie(nice but not necessary), green screen editing(be able to change background, nice but not required), and i need to be able to export in a number of formats at high quality(I could also possibly use another program to do this?)

Yeah, I think thats it, let me know if you have any questions, Im willing to spend money but not huge amounts like 1000, i could pull for something around $ 300-400 if necessary maybe higher.
