Well yes but it depends on the determination,motavation,and time you are willing to put into this. I have seen many short 3d animated films by aniboom.com on youtube and they are great. but also the program also is key to it too if your limited on your tools and bad graphic that limits potential and also your imagination, to not what I see in my mind but it turns into what can I do with the tools i got. Hope I helped and I know you can do it!
