No, that is NOT the official site of Yahoo Answers. http://answers.yahoo.com is, sorry. The site you have listed may be either a SPAM site or an illegal one. If they are advertising YAHOO scripts — you might want to email that link to y_answrs_team@yahoo.com to alert them.
