Question by The letter J: Cartoon making software for free?
On publisher, I have 16 different pages. On those pages I have made a stick figure thing. I need to make this into a cartoon. I need a software on the computer that is 100% free or something so I can turn these pictures into a cartoon.
(The pictures don’t work as a cartoon on movie maker or powerpoint)
