Did anyone see The Voyage of the Dawn Treader in 3D?
Question by dark: Did anyone see The Voyage of the Dawn Treader in 3D?
If you did see the 3D version, wasn’t it a little weird that it wasn’t very 3Dish? I mean, what’s the point of making a 3D version of a movie if you’re not going to even try to make it a little 3D? It was no different than if I had seen the regular version. 3D movies are all the rage right now so what’s up with that?

I saw it in 3D and I was disappointed, not just because of the shallow visual effects, but the storyline in general. It was a real sucky movie.
The thing is, they didn’t shoot the movie in 3D, they just converted it into 3D afterwards, that’s why it doesn’t looke 3Dish.
The point is actually money and profit, I think. 3D movies are more expensive. With the 3D hype going on ATM they can pull in a lot of money when a movie name has 3D written after the title.
Don’t ask me why movies are all in 3D right now. I don’t think that’s necessary, but apparently the majority thinks that movies have to be in 3D…
