Eloverate the Movie- Twilight Samurai Movie Review
When many natives think more or less a banal samurai film, single often thinks the film will be chock-a-block of swords and bloodshed. Twilight Samurai surprised me. I’m not trustworthy why I loved this film, but I very much did. It was a private story, a very intimate single, as different to particular tale of epic communal stint. I exactly felt as though I lived in this small, feudal shogun village.
Twilight Samurai (or upper-class ‘Tasogare Seibei’ in Japanese) is a 2002 film, starring Hiroyuki Sanada who you may possibly recognize as “Ujio” in 2003’s The Last Samurai with Tom Cruise. The story takes place around the 1860s and involves members of the Unasaka Clan in the Shonai Province. This area is at present referred to as the Yamagata Prefecture in northeast Japan.
