Fate of Grand Theater to be topic of hearing
ALTON – The Alton Historical Commission on Tuesday will consider whether it should designate the old Grand Theatre as a city historical landmark. A public hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 101 E. Third St.
