If I download a “.avi DVD Riped” movie and I want to convert it to DVD and burn it, How can I make it played in a dolby digital surround in my DVD Player and home theater like the original DVD Movie??

Assuming your AVI file is in stereo, you cannot convert it to 5.1 channels. You would need the original DVD. The best you can do is make the AVI file to a DVD, but in stereo.
