Using a Sony handy cam videoHi8 and was wondering if i could improve the resolution and bit rate of video when uploading via Dazzle to computer on Windows Movie Maker. Would using different video software make a difference.

YEs it might. It all depends on the compression u give to the downloaded video. Try Creator 10. Its teh best.
