Okay, well I’m fifteen years old. My whole life I’ve wanted to be an actress. Creating stories for others to jaw drop over. Well I always told myself I would start my acting career at a young age. Fifteen is the deadline. But my parents never took me wanting to be an actress seriously. Not that they didn’t approve, they just didn’t care. And I’ll be turning sixteen soon so I decided I have to do something.
Well I wrote a screenplay. Very low budget. About a girl, Rosie who is insecure. Sounds lame but there is alot more to it. haha I wasn’t just wrote for this, I wrote this awhile back. So it’s not a lame quick written thing.
Well I need four actors/actresses. I’m Rosie. My best friend agreed to play the ‘bestfriend’ and my mom the ‘mom’. Although I fear neither will be able to take it seriously. But they will have to do if I can’t find anyone else. So I got the two actresses, But I need two boys. I have friends but they would never take this seriously.
How do I get actors??? And after that how do I promote the film?
I have props, a camera, a editing system. But no actors or anything.. What should I do. I know, wait till you are older.. I just don’t wanna be thinking forever that I had a chance to do what I promised myself and didn’t. Please Help, with serious answers please.

maybe put some flyers up at school or post a comment on facebook , Don’t advertise in the paper or put up flyers in the neighbourhood as you will get some weirdo’s coming.
Once you got some friends or actors and filmed it all, can advertise on facebook or put it up on youtube. Definately dont worry about age, Steven Spielberg was only 18 when he directed first movie
