I only know how to to tell where to copyright your songs at. that’s all. I don’t know about selling your music for movies.
That’s a whole different ballpark for me. I’m not an expert in that area.

www.copyright.gov
Read the instructions very, very carefully for how to copyright your songs for movies. I think there is different form for that specific purpose. For movies, I think you might need the
PA ( Perfoming Arts) forms. Download the free forms with instructions too to make sure you do it right. to copyright your songs. Each copyright application is $ 45 so you might have to use the CON ( Continuation) form too if you have abuch of songs . The Library of Congress address is on that site too.
