How do I correct image ratio loss when taking screen shots with PowerDVD?
Question by Annie: How do I correct image ratio loss when taking screen shots with PowerDVD?
I use PowerDVD and have been trying to take screenshots of movies and shows to make icons and graphics, that sort of thing, but every time that I take a screen shot, the image is stretched too tall, and too short in width, giving any object or person in the picture a skinny look. How do I fix that, or is PowerDVD even capable of taking decent screenshots? Moreover, if it isn’t, doesn’t anyone know a decent freeware program that I COULD take screenshots with?

There are lots of great screen shot tools which ad some nifty options to the captured image.
EasyCapture is my fav, but there is Gadwin Screenprint, Webshot, and SnapAShot. Always try and saved your image file as Tiff or PNG format for better quality.
Best of luck.
