How do I find music effect for making a video/movie?

Question by Fake Name: How do I find music effect for making a video/movie?
I am currently doing a project right now and trying to find sound effects. I am using Windows Movie Maker (suggest a better one if you know any) and want to know where do I find it and download it so I can upload it on my video.
