Question by is_just_me: How do I make backup copies of my dvds?
Just got a computer w/dvd burner. I decided I should make backups of my dvds and cds because I have had problems in the past with either stolen or broken discs. I tried to copy one and I agreed to user license which said I can make 1 copy for backup purposes, but the software that came with my computer only makes data dvds-I cant even put my home movies on dvd. The software tells me to upgrade, but doesn’t tell me what is included with it, and I was wondering what programs are available to make dvds.

Chances are you’ll have to download a dvd ripper. you can find several by googling dvdrippers. there are some that are free, like AnyDvd,but most will cost money. i,ve got Clone DVD which works well i also recomend DVD Fab express both cost money but work well when copying DVD’s…Goodluck.
