I’m trying to make a stop motion video and i want to change the duration time but i don’t know how! Please help me!

I think you can only alter the time of a Movie Maker video if it’s a picture slideshow otherwise a movie cannot be altered, it obviously has a set length of time unless you clip it.
To alter the length of viewing time for a picture in a slideshow you just drag it along the time line, effectively “stretch” it to the required duration.
