How do you make a sprite movie or sprite fight?

Question by : How do you make a sprite movie or sprite fight?
I want to make a sprite movie that is something like Megaman – Back in Action, Hunting Megaman, or Not so Megaman. I’m using a Dell Dimension XPS R400 to make the movie. Is this computer too old to make sprite movies? Thanks..
