Question by Sharon: How does actors get paid in movies if they do not make any money on the movie?
I was looking at the gross$ on movies and some of them to make have been like 100 million and the film only made 65 million? Who eats the cost and all those millions? Do the actors get paid anyway?

The actors get a fee up front. That is typically why the cost of the film is so high. And you pay the cost, when you pay to see a profit making film from the same studio.
