That’s the movies, dude.
The key to making a lot of money is to produce or know something so extremely valuable that people are willing to pay very high sums of money for it. Clearly “Frank” has info or services so useful and so valuable to someone, the buyer is willing to spend a very great deal of money for it. But $ 40 grand? That’s the Hollywood Hype end of the deal.
