Question by Jamie: How much money does a movie have to make before it is considered an official blockbuster?
I understand the ideal gross of a movie depends on its genre and budget, but I have always wondered if there is a specific amount of money a movie has to hit before it’s considered an official blockbuster. Anyone know?

It’s supposed to make more than it cost to make the actual movie. If it doesn’t it’s considered a ‘flop’.
