how do you exactly do it? i make my movie and i try inserting it into frontpage but it never really plays? what about the bar that say play and volume and stuff? i have adobe flash cs3 and frontpage 2003. can some one give me an easy step by step process from first going into adobe flash to publishing ur website in frontpage, i just wanna make sure i do everything right!

well, it depends on the format of your video, if it is .swf, you can solve this problem by copying and pasting the following code into your webpage:
