Its a lot easier then it looks but you’ll need the required game money to get the first partnership that i’ll show you. The required minimal for a partnership on the sims 3 is 6000 dollars in the game. Its expensive but worth it after you get all the partnerships on there and do the real estate investing like i said on the video. Values of the partnerships from other places are more expensive, so if your sim has a very good job or is making a lot by being a book writer then your good to go on the sims 3.
