Now I’m not an official reputable reliable source for information on this camera. Just a major camera enthusiast like the rest of you. I’m sure such websites will create their own video/blog post on the real settings of the camera. I found these settings out by playing around. Coming from the D90, I basically use the AE lock button to lock in exposure like I would normally do. It works for the D7000 as well. Particularly in Aperture mode. But switching to Manual mode, you can change the shutter speed while recording. There were a couple of things that I said wrong in the video but you get what I was trying to say. You can also change ISO while recording to compensate for low light. While recording in any mode, and switching into another mode, the recording will stop. I’m sure there are some more settings to be played around with but this is what I found out after playing with it before I made this video. Filmed with a Nikon D90 & D7000 + Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8 + Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 + 1000mm Igus/Zaza Slider + Manfrotto Magic Arm. Edited with Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 www.stevenphamphoto.com
