Most people use Fraps ( http://www.fraps.com ) to capture videos. Then just need some video editing software (Windows Movie Maker, Pinnacle Studio, Nero Vision, Sony Vegas – in order from novice to advanced IMO) to make whatever edits you want and put it all together.
