Question by jarrodeous: How to make realistic muzzle flashes?
Well my friends and i decided to make a video. The editing is all done except for the muzzle flash and sound. Is there a software trial or freeware i can use to make an effect. Or is there away to do it in Movie Maker? Blood on the body would be nice but its not needed.

Adobe After Effects is good for that, and you can get a 30 day trial on the Adobe website.

To give you an idea, this is what some kids made using After Effects.
