Question by Marcus: How to make title overlay under a second in windows movie maker?
I’m making a video on subliminal messages and I’m trying to put in a picture in the video that’s under a second so people won’t notice it.
The most I can decrease the clip is 2 seconds. How do I decrease the time more?

Movie Maker is cheap, simple and functional, but it is NOT robust. Sorry.
